Organisations we love

As a church, we are passionate about working with national and local organisations to serve our community, both practically and spiritually.

We are the hub church of the South Hams Debt Centre. CAP provides free debt counselling and advice to people across the South Hams. Phil Watson is the Centre Manager, co-ordinating a team of Debt Coaches and Befrienders who reach out to local clients. This team has been able to support many people in the South Hams, practically and spiritually.

Founded by Patrick and Diane Regan, Kintsugi Hope is a UK-based charity, striving to make a difference to mental wellbeing. Their vision is to see:
"A world where mental and emotional health is understood and accepted, with safe and supportive communities for everyone to grow and flourish."

We partner with Kintsugi Hope to run Wellbeing Groups. These church-based groups offer a 12 week programme designed to look at themes of emotional and mental health with peer facilitated support and clear signposting to further support if needed.
Do contact us if you would like to join a group: admin@totnesunitedfree.org.uk

We love this award winning local charity run by David Markson and Chantelle Norton.

Food in Community’s volunteers collect and sort surplus fresh fruit, vegetables and other sustainably produced food. Food boxes are then delivered to individual households as well as charities and community groups across South Devon.

Food in Community hopes to relaunch its popular Pay What you Feel Lunch Café at Totnes United Free Church on the first Saturday of each month from March 2022.
